Fall Throw Roundup

marigold2

With cooler weather just around the corner we thought this would be a great time to share some of the throw blankets we have been loving! The chunkier the  weave, the fuller the tassel or fringe, the better!

We also recently picked up this super affordable pom pom duvet and pillowcases and paired it with this sweet sheet set. I love the subtle color and pattern and the blue hemstitching! I think these sheets pass for something WAY more expensive! And how pretty is the color combo with our marigold linen lumbar pillow? Did you see on our Juniper instagram that you can use the code  MARIGOLD10 for $10 off while they last?! Yay!

And since I know a lot of you will ask about the cute removable wallpaper – I’m so bummed, but the pattern is no longer available (it’s originally from the Opalhouse wallpaper line at Target). We did a whole post a few weeks ago and featured a bunch of other fun removable wallpaper options! Click here for that post!

Also, guys, can you even HANDLE these black plug-in sconces?! They are only $52 and you have the option to hardwire install them too!  I think they look so chic, especially for that price. I like a pop of black in any room (even a child’s bedroom), and I love these in here, but don’t miss the white option too if you’re on the hunt for some great sconces that won’t break the bank.

And without further ado, here’s that chunky knit throw round up we promised! We searched high and low on the internet, and these are our very favorites when considering price, color and availability. I hope you find something cozy and textural for your home! :)

I’m so in love with all these throws — but my experience with tassels and fringe is that once it needs to be washed, the party is over. How do you keep fringe looking good after washing??

    • Jenny

Hand washing or delicate cycle with line drying is always a safe bet! Or you can take them to be dry cleaned!

Where is the wall paper from? Its so fresh and pretty!

Would these throws work for a king size bed? It seems most throws I come across are much too small. Would you consider doing a post about styling king size beds? Thank you for considering!

    • Lindsay

YES! I need help finding a great blanket for the foot of my king size bed!

    • Jenny

You’ll probably want to stick with king sized blankets and quilts instead of throws! :) Great idea for a new round up! Thanks!

I LOVE the way you styled this bedroom. It’s so pretty, relaxed and just… happy! I want my room to look exactly like that lol.

  5. Amanda

Love this bed frame- thanks for the source info. However, it has very mixed reviews regarding size. Can you speak to whether or not it properly fits the mattress?

    • Jenny

      Hi Amanda,

We have this bed in the queen size and didn’t have any issues with it fitting our mattress! It’s a perfect fit.

  6. Well i assume the chunkier the weave the fuller the tassel or fringe the better. i really like the diffused color and sample and the blue hemstitching. i love a pop of black in any room.

  7. Velvet

That blush pink chunky throw looks amazing! I’m not sure about the pom poms though…

  8. Yes! I thought it was just me that thought of fall throws or blankets as a thing – but with this, I see how, as I thought, they’re different in comparison to fuzzy winter throws! These are all such great selections! I have to be supervised at Target or I’d leave with so many throws and more.

#20 is linked to the wrong blanket…and I want it so bad! Can you please update the link so I can find it? Thank you!

    • Jenny

      Hi Laurie,

We just updated the link!! Thanks for letting us know!

  10. Carrie

Hi, wondering about the rug – the link directs to a different rug on Amazon. Do you mind telling the source of the rug?

    • Jenny

      Hi Carrie,

The correct rug is linked. This one tends to feel a little brighter in natural light. Hope that helps!
